Vibrant school communities are those where constant learning is taking place at all levels. ISACS invites you to continue your own learning by attending the ISACS Annual Conference where you will hear about new, energizing, and innovative ideas to support the learning of all community members in your school. Hear the latest research and see the translation to practice – you won’t want to miss the opportunity to select from more than a range of speakers and more than 100 plus sessions in just two days. Check back periodically for updates.

Conference Location
Sessions and the banquet luncheons will take place at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, 315 Chestnut Street, St. Louis.

Member Presenter Proposal Submission Update
Are you from an ISACS Member School and interested in presenting at the 2024 Annual Conference? Your school leaders received an email on February 15 with details regarding proposal submission which is now open until Friday, April 12 at Noon CT. The first step in the proposal submission process is to speak with your division head or head of school to formally share your interest in presenting. They have received all the necessary information regarding the process for proposal submission. If you have any additional questions, please contact programinfo@isacs.org.  

ISACS does not consider proposals from companies unless the company is partnering with a member school.

Registration is per person. Each person must register individually. There is no group registration, group discounts, or registration on behalf of someone.

Registration Fees

Registration will open August 2024.

  • Attendees from ISACS Member Schools:
    • Two-day: The per person registration fee will be posted soon and will include a banquet lunch each day
    • One-day: The per person registraion fee will be posted soon and will include a banquet lunch.
  • Attendees from Non-Member Schools:
    • Two-day: The per person registration fee will include a banquet lunch each day
    • One-day: The per person registration fee will include a banquet lunch
  • Late Registration Fees:
    • Late registration fees will be applied after a mid-October date and are as follows: additonal $50/person for one-day registration and $100/person for two-day registration

Cancellation & Questions?

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at programinfo@isacs.org by Date to Be Determined to receive a refund. ISACS will determine the refund amount, if any, at the conclusion of the conference. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund. Registration may be transferred to another member from the same school.
