Anne Stavney joined ISACS as Executive Director in July 2026. Anne previously served as the Head of School at the Blake School (a PK through grade 12, coeducational, college preparatory day school of 1,320 students and 315 faculty) in Minneapolis, MN, since 2012. In that capacity, Anne has initiated meaningful curricular and programmatic change, been a champion of diversity and excelled at fundraising as she has executed seven capital projects and strengthened Blake’s financial aid endowment. Prior to her tenure at Blake, Anne’s independent school teaching experience began at Lakeside School in Seattle, WA. She joined the school as a high school English teacher and assumed several different roles over her 13 years, from English Department Head to Middle School Director to Assistant Head of School. Additionally, Anne has higher education experience, having been an Assistant Professor of English at the University of Tulsa and an English Instructor at the University of Washington.

Robin Breslin is the Director of Finance and has been with ISACS in various positions since February 2008. In her current role, her responsibilities include financial management, human resources, and program support. Breslin received a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and a MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. Prior to joining ISACS, she worked as a public and private accountant, and she also served as director of communications and manager of public affairs for non-profit organizations. Breslin currently is a board member at A Red Orchid Theater. Her interest in and understanding of independent schools is both professional and personal, with her two children having attended an ISACS school from preschool through 8^th grade.

Andy Gilla joined ISACS in March 2013 and serves as the Director of Accreditation to ensure that the continuous improvement journey of member schools is comprehensive, smooth, and rewarding. Gilla’s career in education began as a teacher, coach, and dorm prefect at Marmion Academy in Aurora, IL. He then joined The Latin School of Chicago as Assistant Director of Admissions and coach, followed by five years as Director of Admission and Marketing at The Avery Coonley School in Downers Grove, IL. Gilla has a BA from Marquette University and an MA from the University of Montana.

Jacob Isaac is the Director of Technology & Client Services and has been at ISACS since July 2013. His career includes work as the Program Director in charge of Scholarships and Internships for Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, and production work for both F.S.A. Management and AXXIS Inc. His introduction to independent schools began with a job at St. Francis High School in Louisville, KY. Jacob has a BA from Point Park University’s Conservatory for the Performing Arts. He lends a majority of his time and energy outside of the office participating in various sports leagues/associations and in support of the Chicago LGBTQ community.

Paul Johns joined the ISACS team in 2020. Prior to joining ISACS, he was a teacher for 20 years on four different continents teaching World History, Government & Politics, Global Affairs, and AP Psychology including 7 years at an ISACS school in Chicago. He has a BA in History & Politics from the University of London and a MA in Secondary Education from the University of Chichester. He has two children currently attending ISACS schools. Originally from the United Kingdom, Johns is an avid soccer player, coach, and referee.
