Legal Considerations for Heads of School Dinner & Program
This session occurs on the night prior to the 2025 Heads Conference with our guest attorney presenter. We hope you will travel to Chicago, attend this gathering of Headways, and stay to attend the 2025 Heads Conference on January 30-31, 2025.

2024-25 NAIS INH Participants
ISACS & NAIS offer a 25% discount off your registration fees for each of the programs.
- If you participated in the July 2024 NAIS Institute for New Heads, please contact Director of Programs, Karen Zeitlin for instructions on registering for the Headways program at the discounted rate as well as how to receive the 25% refund from NAIS.
- Please note, the 25% discount cannot be combined with other discounts offered by NAIS or ISACS.
Registration
To register for ISACS events, you MUST be signed into the Member Portal.
Once you have logged into the ISACS Member Portal:
- Click on the Events tab in the black tool bar
- Click on Register for Events
- Scroll to the bottom & select the Headways
- Click on Registration, follow the listed steps, making sure to answer all required questions.
- Payment can be made via credit card, ACH withdrawal, OR you may select Bill (School Name). You are responsible for forwarding the invoice to your school for payment.
Once registration is complete, the registrant will receive a confirmation email with details and a separate email that includes a paid receipt or an invoice.
PRIOR TO EACH WEBINAR
- Prior to each webinar, ISACS will send reminder emails with details including the Zoom pre-registration link for that webinar.
- Heads who plan to attend the live presentation must pre-register on Zoom prior to EACH webinar.

- If you forgot your password, click on reset your password*
*Resetting your password will only work if you have logged in after July 2021 and created a new password. Otherwise follow the steps to set up a new account.

Do you need an account to participate?
Yes, a Zoom account is required for security reasons.
How do I signup for Zoom?
You can sign up for a free Zoom Basic Account.
How much does Zoom cost?
A Zoom Basic account is free. Learn more about available Zoom plans and pricing.
How do I join the Zoom Meeting/Webinar/Session Live?
You will need to pre-register using the link provided by your school. Once you complete the form, you will receive an event ticket from Zoom with an individual URL for you to use on the day of the event.
How do I join computer/device audio?
On most devices, you will sync your computer/device audio by clicking "Join Audio", "Join with Computer Audio". Click on "Audio" to access the audio settings. Learn more about connecting your audio.
Can I use a bluetooth headset?
Yes, as long as the bluetooth device is compatible with the computer or mobile device that you are using.
Do I have to have a webcam to join on Zoom?
While you are not required to have a webcam to join a Zoom Meeting/Webinar/Session, ISACS recommends that you do have one and you turn it on, when applicable, to capture the full experience. If not, you will continue to be able to listen and speak during the meeting, share your screen, and view the webcam video of other participants.
Recordings
- Webinars will be recorded, unless otherwise noted. Any content and/or conversations that occurred in Zoom breakout rooms were not recorded.
- Webinar recordings will be available to registered schools to access until June 30, 2025, unless otherwise noted.
- Instructions on how to access the recordings and applicable resources will be sent within 72 hours of the live presentation to the contact person registered on the ISACS website as well as anyone pre-registered on Zoom for that particular webinar.
- Passwords are not required to access the recordings; however, registrants will be prompted to complete a Zoom On-Demand Online Form before gaining access to each webinar.
- Recordings must only be accessed by schools that registered for this series. Please do not share the recording links with others outside your school community. ISACS will contact any non-registrant who completes the online form and will require a registration fee.
