Lead Learners

ISACS Lead Learners

Leading to Learn, Learning to Lead

An open forum, the network of Lead Learners connects designated Lead Learners across ISACS schools, inspiring and energizing, collectively sharing ideas, disseminating knowledge, growing skills and, together, lifting each of our schools to a higher level. Each ISACS school nominates one or more committed and motivated teacher liaisons to represent their school in this forum.

The Four Pillars of Lead Learners

  • Empowerment
Designated Lead Learners have an innate desire to "step up" as a fulcrum for growth, change, and betterment at their school.
  • Enlightenment
Lead Learners are highly self-motivated to share fresh, novel or even revolutionary ideas, methods, philosophies, and perspectives.
  • Responsibility
Lead Learners understand and welcome their personal role and responsibility as a conduit for knowledge sharing, and as an agent of change at their school.
  • Collaboration
Lead Learners reach beyond their individual classroom, department or school, collectively benefiting from a broad community of ideas from similarly inspired teacher leaders.

Make plans to attend the Annual Conference with 145+ sessions over the two days with a Thursday afternoon Reception for Lead Learners on November 13 and a Roundtable for Lead Learners on Friday, November 14.
