As a reminder, billing contacts are able to view a school's open invoices, make payments, and view all financially related transactions.

If your school prefers that invoices be sent to a general account payable/billing address:

      OPTION 1:
Make the email address of your primary accounts payable contact the general accounts payable email. This individual will receive ISACS invoices, when applicable, but since we cannot have two email addresses for the same individual, they will need to log into their profile using the general email instead of their school email.

      OPTION 2:
Add a contact with with First Name: Accounts, Last Name: Payable and the general accounts payable email address. When applicable, invoices will be sent to that general address, alon gwith any other contacts assigned a "Billing Contact" role.
