What's Included

A/V Equipment

  • 90” TV with VGA & HDMI cables
  • Virtual Classroom/Conference Room capabilities with dual cameras, microphones, and integrated speaker system
  • Double-sided whiteboard
  • Wi-Fi for up to 100 devices

Refreshment Amenities

  • Use of: Coffee Maker; Water cooler; Refrigerators
  • Includes: Coffee/tea essentials: sugar (sweet & low, equal, regular), coffee cups & lids, tea bags, honey, and stir straws

Optional Incidentals

Coffee grounds/sodas: $50 per day
Flipcharts/markers: $10 per package, per day

Recommended Items

We suggest you bring:

  • Laptop/portable device with correct dongle and attachments for HDMI or VGA
  • Plates, Napkins, Utensils—unless you are working with a caterer, who may provide those items
  • Creamer/Half & Half for coffee
  • Orange/Fruit Juice 
  • Food signage for those with Dietary Restrictions—caterer may provide signage
Requirements

Deposit: $200 check deposit in case of damages—will be returned (not deposited) if no damages were incurred.
Certificate of Insurance: Must be on file prior to the event.

Submit inquiry to Jacob Isaac who will review and decide based on availability.

Availability

Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Fee: Complimentary, pending space availability

Monday–Friday, 4:30–9:30 p.m.
& varying hours on the weekends

Fee: Complimentary, pending space availability & ISACS on-site staff member

Non-Member Schools & Organizations

Booking Process

Submit inquiry to an ISACS Staff member along with a copy of your mission to be reviewed by the ISACS Executive Director to ensure alignment with ISACS own mission. If approved, a member of the ISACS Staff will contact you.

Availability

Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Fee: $150/hour (max: $750/day)
Requires: Space availability (must include very minimal tech/event support from the ISACS staff)

Monday–Friday, 4:30–9:30 p.m.
& varying hours on the weekends

Fee: $175/hour
Requires: Approval of the ISACS Executive Director, space availability & an ISACS staff member required to be on site.

Other Required Fees
Travel costs, meals, and $50 per day fee to be paid to the on site ISACS staff member.
