Air travel to St. Louis can be accessed via the St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). St. Louis is accessible via Southwest Airlines among other airlines from many ISACS cities.
Transportation to/from Airport to Hotel
Taxis from St. Louis Lambert International Airport to the hotel cost approximately $35-40 one-way and take approximately 25 minutes. App-based Ride Services are also available (rates may vary).
How to Register
Registration is now open.
To register for ISACS events, you MUST be signed into the Members Portal.
Once you have logged into the ISACS Member Portal:
- Click on the EVENTS tab in the black tool bar
- Click on Register for Events
- Scroll to the bottom & select the 2024 Annual Conference
- Click on Registration, followed by Register Now.
- Follow the listed steps, making sure to answer all required questions.
At this stage, registrants should pre-select the sessions they want to attend. The conference fee includes a banquet lunch followed by the keynote presentation. The lunch/keynote each day is pre-selected but registrants have the option to unselect it if they plan not to join the lunch/keynote.
- Payment can be made via ACH withdrawal or you may select Bill (School Name).
Credit card payments are not available during online registration for this event.- For Registrants from St. Louis Area Schools: Select “Bill My School”, then forward the invoice to your school’s designated registration coordinator (DRC). ISACS will work with the DRC to make payment.
- For Registrants from non-St. Loius Area Schools: Select "Bill My School" and then forward the invoice to your business office for payment or follow the instructions in the email to apply payment yourself either by credit card or ACH.
Once registration is complete, the registrant will receive a confirmation email with details including session & lunch selections. Approximately one week prior to the conference, registrants will receive a final confirmation email from ISACS. We recommend you print this information and bring it with you as your session schedule will not be available at the conference.

- Visit the Member Portal and select the Sign-Up tab
- Enter your SCHOOL email address & create a new password
- Follow the prompts to send the verification email and then click on the “Confirm my account” link in that email, following the steps.
- Check your quarantine, spam, and junk folders
Note: If you were in the pre-2021 ISACS database, the new system will identify you based on your name and/or email domain, link your record to the school, and prompt you to update your information.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent to programinfo@isacs.org ten business days prior to the event to receive a refund. ISACS will determine the refund amount, if any, at the conclusion of the conference. At any time, registration may be transferred to another member from the same school.
If you feel ill or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please remain at home.
