If any school experiences a substantive change, such as those listed previously, or appears to become unable to meet one or more ISACS accreditation standards, the Association may review the situation. The review will be shared with the ISACS Accreditation Review Committee and the Board of Directors. After considering the situation and the recommendations of the ARC, the ISACS Board of Directors may alter the school’s existing accreditation status if warranted.
This form is for ISACS use and does not replace reporting requirements from other accrediting agencies. Please check with each agency that accredits your school regarding its Substantive Change process.
