Join a community of women leaders, at all points in their careers and serving in different roles, to understand the strengths they bring as well as the challenges of leading. Make plans to participate in a highly interactive day exploring topics that include the moments and messages of storytelling, developing a signature presence, and exploring the impact of feedback and power in leadership. This workshop is optimistic and action-oriented and a unique opportunity to interact with other women leading in schools who want to maximize their leadership potential. Women in both formal and informal positions of leadership or those who aspire to lead are encouraged to attend.
This experience will be an investment in you as a person, a professional, a leader, and a change-maker through the lens of being a woman in the world and the contexts currently at play. Participants will learn from themselves and one another and leave with a greater sense of self and an action plan for stepping into a new way of being as a leader in their schools, communities, and lives.
This workshop is for women in both formal and informal positions of leadership or those who aspire to lead are encouraged to attend.
