Hotel rooms at the Hilton Columbus Downtown at the ISACS discounted rate is at capacity on Wednesday, November 1. Discounted rooms at the Hilton are still available for Thursday and Friday nights at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. ISACS has secured additional rooms for Wednesday, November 1 and Thursday, November 2 at a discounted rate of $189/night plus tax at the Hyatt Regency Columbus at 350 N. High Street, which also is connected the Convention Center. Please use the ISACS November 2023 Booking Link to book your room by October 20, 2023.

ISACS has secured a discounted room rate at the Hilton Columbus Downtown at $189/night plus tax for single or double occupancy. The rate includes complimentary Wi-Fi and access to the gym. To make a reservation, please call 1-800-HILTONS or (614) 484-5299 and use the Group Code “ISACS” to receive the discounted rate. To reserve your room online, use the following: ISACS 2023 Annual Conference Booking Link. The rate is valid until Wednesday, October 11, 2023 or until the room block reaches capacity. Reservations must be cancelled by 3:00 pm, 48 hours before date of arrival. We highly recommend making your hotel reservations early!

The Hilton Columbus Downtown and The Greater Columbus Convention Center are connected via Sky Bridge or the hotel’s lobby.

ALERT - Hotel Accommodations Scam
ISACS does not reach out to attendees and exhibitors directly to book hotel rooms. To book a room at the ISACS group rate, only use the discounted group rate posted above or communicated with you via emails from info@isacs.org. If you receive calls or emails from third-party companies, we strongly advise that you do not provide these solicitors any personal information. If you have any doubt about the information that you are receiving regarding the ISACS Annual Conference room block, please email programinfo@isacs.org 

• Air travel to Columbus can be accessed via the John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). Columbus is accessible via Southwest Airlines among other airlines from many ISACS cities.
• Taxi & Share Ride service from the airport take approximately 10-20 minutes (longer during rush hour) and cost approximately $25-40 one way .
• Overnight Valet Parking at the Hilton Columbus Downtown:
  • $40/night for hotel guests and will be billed to your hotel room.
• Overnight Self-Parking: Vine Street Garage:
  • $20/night with rates resetting at 6:00 am. The Vine Street Garage is located next to the Hilton but is not affiliated. Overnight guests must pay at pay machines prior to departure.
• Daily Parking at the Convention Center:

• Schools Arriving by Bus:
  • If your school is using a bus to transport faculty and staff, please notify ISACS at programinfo@Isacs.org.

There is no group registration, group discounts, or registration on behalf of someone.

IMPORTANT TIPS

• There will be NO ONSITE REGISTRATION
• Registration CLOSES on October 11, 2023.
   
• Pre-select Sessions & Lunch Attendance: Registrants should pre-select the sessions they want to attend. The conference fee includes a banquet lunch followed by the keynote presentation. The lunch/keynote each day is pre-selected but registrants have the option to unselect it if they plan not to join the lunch/keynote.
   
• Payment: During online registration, ISACS has disabled the option to pay by credit card. Registrants will be prompted to select “Bill My School.” If others from your school are registering, your school can make one payment by check, ACH, or credit card. ISACS prefers payments via a check or ACH, if possible, to avoid credit card fees.
   
  • Registrants are responsible for forwarding the invoice to their school for payment. ISACS will send a follow-up invoice if payment is not received within 30 days of any registration.
     
  • If your school is planning to use public Title Funds to pay for registrations, make sure each person completes their online registration and selects “Bill My School” during the payment option to secure a space at the conference. Please have a representative from the school email programinfo@isacs.org to confirm that payment will be coming from a public school district.
     
• Member Presenters: If your school has member presenters, ISACS will send a separate email with instructions on how to register for the Annual Conference.
   
• Want to Make Changes to Your Registration? Once registered, attendees can make changes to registration, badge information, or session/luncheon schedule. Just log into the 2023 Annual Conference Microsite (link will be posted in August 2023) using your school email and password to access your Annual Conference registration. All changes must be made date to be determined.
