What, when & where is the 2025 Annual Conference?

ISACS 2025 Annual Conference is a two-day conference, which will be held at the Crowne Plaza Union Station Downtown Indianapolis on Thursday, November 13 & Friday, November 14, 2025.

Where should I book hotel room(s)?

ISACS has secured two hotels with discounted rates. We highly recommend making hotel reservations early!

What is the daily schedule for the 2025 Annual Conference?

Sessions begin at 9 a.m. and end at 4:15 p.m. ET each day.

Are meals included in the registration fee?

Yes. A banquet lunch is offered daily from 11:45 a.m.–1:15 pm.

How will our school access content and registration details for the 2025 Annual Conference?

ISACS will email school reps when registration opens. View the brochure and/or webpage for more details.

How do I access details related to the 2025 Annual Conference?

All details will be posted on the 2025 Annual Conference Microsite, accessible with your ISACS Member Portal login. ISACS no longer provides printed packets or an app.

Are there exhibitors at the 2025 Annual Conference?

Yes. Exhibitor hours:

  • Thursday, November 13: 8:30 a.m.–noon & 1–4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, November 14: 8:30 a.m.–noon & 1–3 p.m.

Includes the popular Exhibitor Passport Game with daily iPad giveaways!

Will there be a book seller on-site?

Yes. Golden Hour, an independent Indianapolis bookseller (and independent school parent), will sell books and host author signings. Book signing schedule will be posted on the microsite.

Traveling from out of town? Consider a site visit to a local ISACS school on November 12

Arrive early and visit local independent schools. View the list of open schools and contact them directly to schedule.

What is the registration fee for attendees from an ISACS member school?
  • Two-day registration: $340 per person
  • One-day registration: $220 per person

No group discounts. Non-member rates apply. Late fees apply after October 22.

How do I register for the 2025 Annual Conference?
  • Each person must register individually.
  • Log in/create an account on isacs.org using your school email by clicking the Log In button on the top right of any page. 
  • Select sessions and luncheons during online registration.
What should I do if I have a question regarding my ISACS account?

Visit the ISACS Member Portal Assistance page before contacting staff.

What if 10 or more people from my school are attending the Annual Conference?

Email programinfo@isacs.org to coordinate group registration.

For schools closing for one or two days:
Email programinfo@isacs.org to identify a representative from your school to work directly with the ISACS staff so that everyone from your school is properly registered.

How do I pay for the registration fee?

Indiana Schools & Seven Hills School: Select “Bill My School.” ISACS will invoice schools directly. Payments via check/ACH preferred. 

All Other Registrants: Pay online by ACH/credit card, or request invoice. Group payments should contact Robin Breslin at robin@isacs.org.

For any school paying an invoice over $2,000 by credit card, there will be an additional 3% processing fee.

What if my school is planning to use public Title Funds to pay for registrations?

Each person should register online and select “Bill My School.” Work with your Title Funds coordinator to ensure proper procedure.

Once I register for the 2025 Annual Conference will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. Registrants receive:

  • A confirmation email upon registration.
  • A final confirmation one week before the conference with sessions and details.
What if I register for the 2025 Annual Conference and I am unable to attend?

Cancellations must be emailed to programinfo@isacs.org before October 22 for refund eligibility. After this date, refunds are not available, but registrations can be transferred within your school.

Tips for Making the Most of the Annual Conference

As a participant, you will hear from leading national and international leaders in education, supplemented by presentations from exceptional teachers who have translated this research into classroom practice. To extend your learning, ISACS teacher leaders share these strategies:

Before the conference…
  • Research the conference theme and look for intersections with initiatives in your school.
  • Read the conference program and select sessions to stretch your thinking and vision.
  • Preview the major speakers—review their expertise, work, and videos (e.g., Ted.com).
  • Pre-read works or articles by featured speakers. Visit the 2025 Annual Conference Microsite for suggestions.
  • Distribute the digital program to colleagues and remind them many sessions are repeated.
  • Form teams to attend sessions around a theme. Arrive early and visit local ISACS schools. View the current list of local ISACS schools.
  • A week before, log into your account on the 2025 Annual Conference Microsite to review session selections, maps, bios, and more.
During the conference…
  • Share note-taking or blogging responsibilities with colleagues and make content accessible.
  • Support teachers new to ISACS as they select sessions to attend.
  • Connect with others to exchange resources and expertise.
  • Collect contact info from exceptional speakers who may consult or present at your school.
  • Complete the online conference evaluation and suggest future topics or speakers.
After the conference…
