Participation at in-person ISACS events signifies an attendee’s acknowledgement of infectious and other diseases and voluntary assumption of the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event. Attendees agree to comply with all guidelines and procedures, including but not limited to distancing and/or masking, that may be implemented by ISACS, in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and other public health authorities. Please know that masks are not required at this time; however, we are a mask friendly environment.

There is no group registration, group discounts, or registration on behalf of someone.

IMPORTANT TIPS

There will be NO ONSITE REGISTRATION
Registration CLOSES on DATE TO BE DETERMINED.
Pre-select Sessions & Lunch Attendance: Registrants should pre-select the sessions they want to attend. The conference fee includes a banquet lunch followed by the keynote presentation. The lunch/keynote each day is pre-selected but registrants have the option to unselect it if they plan not to join the lunch/keynote.
Payment: During online registration, ISACS has disabled the option to pay by credit card. Registrants will be prompted to select “Bill My School.” If others from your school are registering, your school can make one payment by check, ACH, or credit card. ISACS prefers payments via a check or ACH, if possible, to avoid credit card fees.
- Registrants are responsible for forwarding the invoice to their school for payment. ISACS will send a follow-up invoice if payment is not received within 30 days of any registration.
- If your school is planning to use public Title Funds to pay for registrations, make sure each person completes their online registration and selects “bill school” during the payment option to secure a space at the conference. Please have a representative from the school email programinfo@isacs.org to confirm that payment will be coming from a public school district.
Want to Make Changes to Your Registration? Once registered, attendees can make changes to registration, badge information, or session/luncheon schedule. Just log into the 2023 Annual Conference Microsite (link will be posted in August 2023) using your school email and password to access your Annual Conference registration. All changes must be made date to be determined.

ADDITIONAL TIPS

One-week priority registration for trustees from OH schools will be posted shortly.
Open registration for others will begin one week after the priority registration..
ISACS recommends registering and reserving hotel rooms early.

Registration Fees

Registration will open at the end of August 2023. ISACS will email members schools when registration opens. Registration will close on date to be determined and there will be NO onsite Registration.

Attendees from ISACS Member Schools:
- Two-day: $300 per person which includes a banquet lunch each day
- One-day: $185 per person which includes a banquet lunch.
Attendees from Non-Member Schools:
- Two-day: $375 per person which includes a banquet lunch each day
- One-day: $225 per person which includes a banquet lunch

Cancellation & Questions?

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at programinfo@isacs.org by date is forthcoming to receive a refund. ISACS will determine the refund amount, if any, at the conclusion of the conference. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund. Registration may be transferred to another member from the same school.
