ISACS has secured a discounted room rate at the Hilton Columbus Downtown at $189/night plus tax for single or double occupancy. The rate includes complimentary Wi-Fi and access to the gym. To make a reservation, please call 1-800-HILTONS or (614) 484-5299 and use the Group Code “ISACS” to receive the discounted rate. To reserve your room online, use the following: ISACS 2023 Annual Conference Booking Link. The rate is valid until Wednesday, October 11, 2023 or until the room block reaches capacity. Reservations must be cancelled by 3:00 pm, 48 hours before date of arrival. We highly recommend making your hotel reservations early!

ALERT - Hotel Accommodations Scam
ISACS does not reach out to attendees and exhibitors directly to book hotel rooms. To book a room at the ISACS group rate, only use the discounted group rate posted above or communicated with you via emails from info@isacs.org. If you receive calls or emails from third-party companies, we strongly advise that you do not provide these solicitors any personal information. If you have any doubt about the information that you are receiving regarding the ISACS Annual Conference room block, please email programinfo@isacs.org

• A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs approximately $40 one-way and takes approximately 20 minutes (45 minutes during rush hour).

CREATE A NEW/SIGN INTO YOUR CONTACT RECORD

(This is for anyone who needs to create a new contact record or has not signed into the Member Portal and created a new password since July 2021.)

• Visit the Member Portal and select the “Sign-Up” tab
   
• Enter your SCHOOL email address & create a new password
  • Make sure your email is spelled correctly or you will not receive the verification email during the next step
  • Do not attempt to use the “reset your password” function as all passwords were erased for security purposes when we migrated systems in July 2021
     
• Follow the prompts to send the verification email and then click on the “Confirm my account” link in that email
  • Check your quarantine, spam, and junk folders
     
• Identifying and/or Creating a New Contact Record
  • If you were in the previous ISACS database, the new system will identify you based on your name and/or email domain, link your record to the school, and prompt you to update
  • If you were NOT in the previous ISACS database, the new system will begin the contact record creation process, during which, be sure to search for your school to be properly linked

(This is for those who have already logged into their contact record in the Member Portal and created their new password after July 2021.)

• Visit the Member Portal and select the “Log In” tab
   
• Enter your SCHOOL email address and password
  • If you forgot your password, click on “reset your password”*
    • *Resetting your password will only work if you have previously logged into the new system and created a new password. Otherwise, there is technically no password to reset as all of them were erased during migration in July 2021.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Please note that registration is per person. Each person must register individually.
There is no group registration, group discounts, or registration on behalf of someone.

1. Once you have logged into your contact record via the ISACS Member Portal, click on the "EVENTS" tab in the black tool bar, click on “"Register for Events", scroll to the bottom & select the thumbnail icon for the “2022 Annual Conference”.
    
2. This will direct you to the “Annual Conference Microsite”, click on "REGISTRATION" tab in the black tool bar, and then “Register Now” to begin the process.
    
3. Follow the registration steps in sequential order using the blue “Next” button in the bottom right corner to advance. Make sure to answer all required questions AND select your sessions & lunch attendance. If the session you would like to attend is full, please select another session.
    
4. Payment: ISACS has disabled the option to pay by credit card. Registrants will be prompted to select either the option to “Send me an invoice/pay at a later time” or “Bill My School.” Once your registration is complete you will receive an invoice via email.
   • For Registrants from MN Schools: Make sure that you select “Bill My School”, then forward the invoice to your school’s designated registration coordinator, and ISACS will work with them to make payment.
   • For Registrants from non-MN Schools: Select either type of payment and then forward the invoice to your business office for payment or follow the instructions in the email to apply payment yourself.
      
5. Once registration is complete, the registrant will receive a confirmation email with Annual Conference details including session & lunch selections.
    
6. Approximately one week prior to the Annual Conference, registrants will receive a final confirmation email from ISACS. Print this information and bring it with you to the conference. Your session schedule will not be available at the conference.
    
7. Need to Change Something? Changes to your registration/badge information or session/luncheon schedule can be made by logging into the 2022 Annual Conference Microsite and accessing your registration. All changes must be made by midnight on October 12, 2022.

IMPORTANT TIPS

• There will be NO ONSITE REGISTRATION
• Registration CLOSES on Friday, October 13.
   
• Pre-select Sessions & Lunch Attendance: Registrants should pre-select the sessions they want to attend. The conference fee includes a banquet lunch followed by the keynote presentation. The lunch/keynote each day is pre-selected but registrants have the option to unselect it if they plan not to join the lunch/keynote.
   
• Payment: During online registration, ISACS has disabled the option to pay by credit card. Registrants will be prompted to select “Bill My School.” If others from your school are registering, your school can make one payment by check, ACH, or credit card. ISACS prefers payments via a check or ACH, if possible, to avoid credit card fees.
   
  • Registrants are responsible for forwarding the invoice to their school for payment. ISACS will send a follow-up invoice if payment is not received within 30 days of any registration.
     
  • If your school is planning to use public Title Funds to pay for registrations, make sure each person completes their online registration and selects “bill school” during the payment option to secure a space at the conference. Please have a representative from the school email programinfo@isacs.org to confirm that payment will be coming from a public school district.
     
• Member Presenters: If your school has member presenters, ISACS will send a separate email with instructions on how to register for the Annual Conference.
   
• Want to Make Changes to Your Registration? Once registered, attendees can make changes to registration, badge information, or session/luncheon schedule. Just log into the 2023 Annual Conference Microsite (link will be posted in August 2023) using your school email and password to access your Annual Conference registration. All changes must be made by midnight on October 13, 2023.
