The conference will take place at the Swissôtel, 323 E. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL.  

ISACS has secured significantly discounted room rates at the Swissôtel:

• $139/night for standard king single or double occupancy.
• Additional discounted room rates ranging from $169-339/night are available, including choice of river or lake views, corner kings, suites.
• ​The room rates above include complimentary internet in the sleeping rooms and complimentary access to the health club.
• Please note that any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged one-night room and tax.

ALERT - Hotel Accommodations Scam
ISACS does not reach out to attendees and sponsors directly to book hotel rooms. To book a room at the ISACS group rate, only use the discounted group rates posted above or communicated with you via emails from info@isacs.org. If you receive calls or emails from third-party companies, do not provide these solicitors with any personal information including but not limited to making new or changing existing reservations and do not provide your credit card. If you have any doubt about the information that you are receiving regarding any ISACS room blocks, please email or call us at programinfo@isacs.org.

There is a current scam related to the 2023 Heads Conference by Convention Housing Experts LLC. Please do not respond to their emails or phone calls. If you have been contacted by this company, please email karen@Isacs.org with the details.

• Directions, taxi rates, public transportation, and parking information for the Swissôtel.  
• Discounted Parking Rates at the Swissôtel for ISACS guests:
  • Daily parking: $30 per day. To receive the discounted daily parking, please obtain a voucher from the ISACS registration area for each day you park.
  • Overnight parking: $54 per night. If you drive a hybrid car, the Swissotel provides an additional discount. The discounted overnight parking rates will be routed directly to your hotel room bill.

Thursday: Choose Your Own Adventure & Reception/Dinner

• During online registration, heads may add 1 guest ticket for the Thursday afternoon "Moments at the Museum: A Visit to The Art Institute of Chicago" or "Architectural Landmark Experience", and/or the Thursday Evening Reception & Dinner at the Ivy Room.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Safety Procedures
Participation at in-person ISACS events signifies an attendee’s acknowledgement of infectious and other diseases and voluntary assumption of the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event. Attendees agree to comply with all guidelines and procedures, including but not limited to distancing and/or masking, that may be implemented by ISACS, in accordance with current recommendations from the CDC and other public health authorities. Please know that masks are not required at this time; however, we are a mask friendly environment.

Participants expressly acknowledge the intellectual property of the presenters of this event and the following conditions of attendance. This acknowledgement includes the understanding that creating any form of recording or copying, including but not limited to video, audio, or photography is a violation of the intellectual property of the speakers as well as a violation of the terms of participation in this event. Participants expressly agree not to independently record/copy, or knowingly let anyone else record/copy, any part of the conference sessions in which they participate.

Community of Learners
We are delighted you will be joining this ISACS learning community. We ask everyone to enter each session as listeners, learners, and thoughtful contributors. We welcome a variety of perspectives with a focus on understanding as opposed to debating. Our hope is for each session to serve as a springboard to additional conversations. To that end, ISACS prohibits the recording of any portion of this event as well as the unapproved posting of presenter or participant comments or resources from ISACS events. Consent to Use of Photographic and Video Images
Registration, attendance at, or participation in ISACS events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISACS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.

CREATE A NEW/SIGN INTO YOUR CONTACT RECORD

(This is for anyone who needs to create a new contact record or has not signed into the Member Portal and created a new password since July 2021.)

• Visit the Member Portal and select the “Sign-Up” tab
   
• Enter your SCHOOL email address & create a new password
  • Make sure your email is spelled correctly or you will not receive the verification email during the next step
  • Do not attempt to use the “reset your password” function as all passwords were erased for security purposes when we migrated systems in July 2021
     
• Follow the prompts to send the verification email and then click on the “Confirm my account” link in that email
  • Check your quarantine, spam, and junk folders
     
• Identifying and/or Creating a New Contact Record
  • If you were in the previous ISACS database, the new system will identify you based on your name and/or email domain, link your record to the school, and prompt you to update
  • If you were NOT in the previous ISACS database, the new system will begin the contact record creation process, during which, be sure to search for your school to be properly linked

LOG INTO YOUR CONTACT RECORD

(This is for those who have already logged into their contact record in the Member Portal and created their new password after July 2021.)

• Visit the Member Portal and select the “Log In” tab
   
• Enter your SCHOOL email address and password
  • If you forgot your password, click on “reset your password”*
    • *Resetting your password will only work if you have previously logged into the new system and created a new password. Otherwise, there is technically no password to reset as all of them were erased during migration in July 2021.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE HEADS CONFERENCE

Please note that registration is per person.
Each person must register individually.
There is no group registration, group discounts, or registration on behalf of someone.

1. Once you have logged into your contact record via the ISACS Member Portal, click on the "EVENTS" tab in the black tool bar, click on "Register for Events", scroll & select the “2023 Heads Conference”.
    
2. This will direct you to the “2023 Heads Conference Microsite”, click on "REGISTRATION" tab in the black tool bar, and then “Register Now” to begin the process.
    
3. Follow the registration steps in sequential order using the blue “Next” button in the bottom right corner to advance. Make sure to answer all required questions AND select your sessions & lunch attendance.
    
4. Payment can be made via electronic check/bank/ACH, credit card, OR you may select "Bill (School Name)". You are responsible for forwarding the invoice on to your school for payment."
    
5. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with Heads Conference details including your session & lunch selections.
    
6. Approximately one week prior to the Heads Conference, all registrants will receive a final confirmation email from ISACS. Print this information and bring it with you to the conference. Your session schedule will not be available at the conference.
    
7. Need to Change Something? Changes to your registration/badge information or session/luncheon schedule can be made by visiting the 2023 Heads Conference Microsite and accessing your registration. All changes must be made by midnight on January 13, 2023.
