The ISACS Survey Program provides school administration or review team with the essential elements to better understand the perceptions of the school. Each school receives a complete set of tabulated data that details how each constituent group answers each survey question. In addition, there is a tabulated data summary that provides an overview of the results for quick and easy assessment.
In addition, the ISACS Survey Program provides a more in-depth analysis using more sophisticated statistical analyses. A Correlation and Regression analyses is used to assess the relationship between the perceived image and performance of the school and the overall quality of education. This easy-to-read chart and graphical display helps the administration focus improvements in key areas of the school. This analysis also displays the school results as compared to the ISACS benchmark. Parent data is used most often for this analysis. However, analysis of faculty and other constituent data can be requested.
An independent, third party objective review and presentation of the ISACS survey results relieves pressure on school resources to analyze the survey data. Rather than risking an internal interpretation of the results, schools can engage the services of The Kensington Group, an ISACS partner. In addition, The Kensington Group has been asked by some schools to provide the following types of ad hoc services:
- presentation of the results to the board, parents, faculty;
- training of the accreditation team in the interpretation and use of the survey results;
- assist with the integration of survey results into the strategic planning process;
- marketing, communications and admissions consulting;
- development and administration of a custom survey for a specific constituent group or issue, such as non-returning faculty and parents.
These services can be custom designed for your specific institution or situation.
