ISACS offers both job seekers and employers a unique opportunity. Through the Online Interview, applicants are able to present an in-depth profile of their work place attitudes and values, such as their response to ethical dilemmas, their comfort level regarding feedback, and their willingness to work under pressure. This profile allows employers to consider how well the applicants' profile fits the nature of an available position.

The Online Interview addresses applicants' high school and college involvement with outside activities (for example, sports, community service, and leadership). The interview also offers applicants an opportunity to rate seven reasons why they are interested in working in independent schools (such as believing independent schools offer potential for world change, for working in a collegial environment, and for exercising academic freedoms). Online interview scores range from a low of 1 to a high of 5.
