ISACS provides member schools with a custom-designed report of social and emotional strengths that relate directly to candidates' readiness for teaching in independent schools. Heads (or their designee) may access a comprehensive database of online interview reports, complete with summary scores. This carefully designed, research-based tool provides Heads and search committees with unique background information not accessible through face-to-face interviews, resumes or letters of recommendation.
