Hotel Accommodations 
The Summit will take place at the Kimpton Gray Hotel, 122 W. Monroe, Chicago, IL

Attendees must make their own hotel reservations. ISACS has secured special discounted room rates at the Kimpton Gray Hotel at the rate of $119/night plus tax (single or double occupancy) for the nights of Monday, February 5 and Tuesday, February 6, 2024. To make a reservation call
1-877-771-7031 and use group code IN7 or the ISACS Meeting 2024. The discounted rate has been extended and is now available until Midnight CST on Friday, January 19, 2024 or until the room block reached capacity. If availability allows, the hotel will honor extended reservations three days before and three days after the Summit. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night room and tax.

Kimpton Gray Hotel is located in the downtown Chicago’s Loop. Complimentary highlights include: a 24-hour fitness center, pet friendly policies, and complimentary coffee and tea and evening wine reception in the living room from 5:00–6:00 pm. Alert - Hotel Scam
ISACS does not reach out to attendees and exhibitors directly to book hotel rooms. To book a room at the ISACS group rate, only use the discounted group rates posted above or communicated with you via emails from info@isacs.org. If you receive calls or emails from third-party companies, do not provide these solicitors any personal information including but not limited to making new or changing existing reservations and do not provide them with your credit card. If you have any doubt about the information that you are receiving regarding any ISACS room blocks, please email or call us at programinfo@isacs.org.

The Diversity Summit will take place at the Kimpton Gray Hotel in downtown Chicago. You can access downtown Chicago via O'Hare or Midway Airports and be downtown in 30-45 minutes. 

Parking at the Kimpton Gray Hotel

• Daily Event Valet Parking: $26/day - discounted for ISACS event
• Overnight Valet Parking: $75/night with in and out privileges. 
• Overnight Self-Parking is $59/night with in and out privileges at the Poetry Garage, 201 W. Madison. Please bring your parking ticket to the Gray’s front desk upon check-in for validation.

CREATE A NEW/SIGN INTO YOUR CONTACT RECORD

(This is for anyone who needs to create a new contact record or has not signed into the Member Portal and created a new password since July 2021.)

• Visit the Member Portal and select the “Sign-Up” tab
   
• Enter your SCHOOL email address & create a new password
  • Make sure your email is spelled correctly or you will not receive the verification email during the next step
  • Do not attempt to use the “reset your password” function as all passwords were erased for security purposes when we migrated systems in July 2021
     
• Follow the prompts to send the verification email and then click on the “Confirm my account” link in that email
  • Check your quarantine, spam, and junk folders
     
• Identifying and/or Creating a New Contact Record
  • If you were in the previous ISACS database, the new system will identify you based on your name and/or email domain, link your record to the school, and prompt you to update
  • If you were NOT in the previous ISACS database, the new system will begin the contact record creation process, during which, be sure to search for your school to be properly linked

OR

LOG INTO YOUR CONTACT RECORD

(This is for those who have already logged into their contact record in the Member Portal and created their new password after July 2021.)

• Visit the Member Portal and select the “Log In” tab
   
• Enter your SCHOOL email address and password
  • If you forgot your password, click on “reset your password”*
    • *Resetting your password will only work if you have previously logged into the new system and created a new password. Otherwise, there is technically no password to reset as all of them were erased during migration in July 2021.

REGISTERING FOR THE SUMMIT

Please note that registration is per person.
Each person who plans to attend must register themselves.
There are no group registrations or group discounts.

1. Once you have logged into your contact record via the ISACS Member Portal, click on the "EVENTS" tab in the black tool bar, click on "Register for Events", scroll to the bottom & select the thumbnail icon for the 2024 Diversity Summit. 
    
2. Once you are on the event page, click on "REGISTRATION" (blue hyperlink under the date) to begin the registration process.
    
3. Follow the registration steps in sequential order using the blue “Next” button in the bottom right corner to advance. Make sure to answer all required questions.
    
4. Payment can be made via electronic check/bank/ACH, credit card, OR you may select "Bill (School Name)". You are responsible for forwarding the invoice on to your school for payment."
    
5. Once registration is complete, the registrant will receive a confirmation email with details and a separate email that includes a paid receipt or an invoice. As the Summit approaches, registrants will receive additional confirmation emails from ISACS.
